- eVisa Applications:
- Visa fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the relevant government or embassy. However, refunds may be issued in exceptional cases, such as service non-availability or technical issues.

If the purchased service is unavailable due to reasons within our control, govisum.org will either offer an alternative service or provide a full refund to the customer. - Processing Delays:
